I don't know if you've seen the article in the Times but it's not looking good for Carey. In fact its' bleak.
If you are religious, pray, if you are not, pray anyway.
Poor lass.

Boo, is it online? (Probably a stupid question in the current climate).
I'll have to have a look.
I'm not really the praying sort but I've just cued up all my CO to listen to and send positive thoughts her way.

Wow, not sure if I found the right article but it seems like Carey's story got covered in a fair few places. Pity it's under such unpleasant circumstances.
All the articles I read were pretty much a combo of TraceyAnne's statement on facebook and Carey's statement on her crownfunding page.

But yes, from Carey's words it certainly doesn't sound good.
I guess the devil is in the detail assuming from her tone this is stage III/IV and relatively spread.
Otherwise hopefully it's treatable.
Grim times.

Wow, I just saw the article posted on the band facebook page.
well shit. that just sounds terrible. It really does sound from Carey's own words that it's essentially a terminal diagnosis.
Such a shame in light of the story of Wilko Johnson which I guess was a miraculous freak stroke of luck in the face of a death sentence.

I guess that also explains why there weren't any backing vocals from her in the recent shows.
Wow.
Totally bummed out.
