While waiting for some new CO material, I've found a substitute to keep me occupied. Allo Darlin from England..Saw them live and loved them..A little more upbeat then Camera Obscura and lots of fun live..

They're the best band of the last few years in my opinion. Amazing both live and on record. There's a new album out early next year and if the new stuff they've played live is any indication then it's going to be incredible.

i agree - they've got a great sound.. think it was seekmagic who pointed me to them awhile back.. he's a "new tunes guru" in my opinion and was spot on with AlloDarlin.. thanks for the heads up on the upcomin album.. didnt know. tony

There's also a single called 'Darren' that came out very recently and is great pop fun.

thanks! will search one out.. my personal favourite tune of theirs is "Emily" ..i think from an early release called "photo ep" but i cant find a physical copy of it yet..
