Don't know if this band have ever been mentioned on here before ?

From Wiki

The Raveonettes are a Danish indie rock duo, consisting of Sune Rose Wagner (born 1973, S√łnderborg, Denmark) on guitar, instruments, and vocals, and Sharin Foo (born 12 December 1979, Emmelev, Denmark) on bass, guitar and vocals. Their music is characterized by close two-part vocal harmonies inspired by The Everly Brothers coupled with hard-edged electric guitar overlaid with liberal doses of noise, very similar to The Jesus and Mary Chain. Their songs juxtapose the structural and chordal simplicity of '50s and '60s rock with intense electric instrumentation, driving beats, and often dark lyrical content.

I'd seen a few good reviews over the years but never actually checked them out, but was in a shop at the weekend, and heard a track over the MUZAK system, and my ears pricked up. Had to ask who was playing.

Just bought their last few albums on ebay, and also discovered they have just released a new album.

So far, "In and Out of Control" is the √°lbum I've been playing, really cool pop, great guitar hooks, anthemic, lovely melodies/harmonies.

I'm sure you guys would really love it Very Happy
