guitar reverb

I know that the band has went through a line-up change, including their guitarist. I would be grateful to hear from anyone who's headed to any of the shows (or have been thus far) report back any findings on what pedals or racks or amps are used by the guitarist, since I'd love to be able to come up with a proper cover of this oh-so lovable band. Thanks.

don`t think they`ve had a line-up change that included the guitarist? can`t see what pedals he is usin but tracyanne definately has more effects goin on.............

I was under the impression that Tracyanne typically played rhythm guitar and they had a separate lead guitarist. Having not seen them, I can't say for sure. I'm mainly going by the wikipedia entry on them in saying that bit about the line-up change. I was mainly interested in the heavy reverb and tremolo I'd hear on the guitars for many of their songs. Thanks.

ah,okay quite a few of tracyanne`s pedals are for vocal also,the line-up changes that nearly always get mentioned is just really because john henderson left,who shared vocals with tracyanne and played percussion.....i think kenny only uses about 2 pedals.....a lot of his style or sound if you like is natural to his jaguar/tremlo on that....his guitar style seems to compliment the chords in the songs maybe they are just by ear,maybe pentatonic scales...err i`m gettin too involved i only know 5 chords..............

I wasn't even really thinking about Kenny's melodic contributions, but yeah, I certainly agree that he knows how to tastefully add to the band. But two pedals eh? Now the question is, which pedals and amp does he have. But now that you've taken the discussion in that direction, I'd also be curious to know what Tracyanne uses. are you going off of memory, since that's pretty detailed?

i am going off memory,next time they come around(hopefully soon)i will find out...i could probably tell you whats in tracyanne`s tin but thats another story...................

I'll take some pictures of their pedals once they get around to the East Coast.
